Legiano Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liernin Enterprises Ltd, the operator of Legiano Casino, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs your use of the Legiano platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registration number 126211, registered in the Marshall Islands. The platform holds a multi-product licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074, covering both casino and sportsbook operations. Liernin Enterprises Ltd is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, Alf Casino, and Cadoola, among others. Curaçao licensing provides an offshore regulatory framework; disputes not resolved internally are subject to Curaçao-based external dispute resolution rather than UK or EU-level consumer protection mechanisms.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use the service (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or playing: the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia, as well as any other jurisdiction designated as restricted in our records. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. We require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal, and we reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any stage. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where the breach is material.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Zimpler), bank and fast-bank transfers (including Giropay, Sofort, and Interac where available by region), prepaid vouchers (Paysafecard), Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana, TRON, Cardano, and USDC on Solana. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin; the maximum deposit per transaction is €5,000. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the fiat currency of your account at the prevailing rate and are not held natively. Withdrawals are processed on the casino side within three business days (Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT); total delivery times thereafter are a few hours for cryptocurrency, 24–48 hours for e-wallets, and 3–5 business days for cards and bank transfers. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from €7,000 at entry level to €30,000 at VIP Level 5, and a maximum of three withdrawal requests may be pending at any one time. Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. If a deposit has not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, a commission of 10% (minimum €0.50) applies to e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals, and 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion published on the platform carries its own specific terms, which take precedence over this general section where they differ. Across all deposit bonuses, the standard wagering requirement is 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; free spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active and wagering remains incomplete is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the individual promotion, which is 10 days for casino deposit bonuses. Game contribution towards wagering is as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games and video poker contribute 10%, and table and card games contribute 0%; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles are not eligible for play with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing bets above €5 during an active bonus, or switching game types after a significant win to exploit contribution weightings.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the designated process are acted upon promptly. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] , where queries are addressed within 24 hours. Formal complaints should be submitted to [email protected] ; we provide a resolution outcome within 10 days of receiving a formal complaint. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator, in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures applicable under licence OGL/2023/158/0074.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated clearly on this page. Continued use of the service after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
